hi, why I see in some pictures the 95 corner light has three wire prongs in the connection socket, but the 99 corner light has only two prongs? you can see in the following pictures, thanks!

Looks like 95 and 96 may have the same connections, and 97-99 have the same connections. The corner light is still compatible for all years if you swap out the attached harness. Problem solved. The part where the bulb is, is the same; so swapping harnesses is easy and doable.

Have you popped off your corner light to confirm how many prongs are in your connector?

Jack818, is this the part that is broken? Mine is broken, put together with JB Weld, and held on to the car with a zip tie instead of a screw.

If your bulb, socket, and wires are still good, you should be able to replace the lens assembly with any one from 95-99 and the bulb should still fit.

So your harness is messed up, and you have a broken tab which helps mount the light to the chassis? So two issues?

Time is money. At $14 shipped, why not simply buy a new corner light and install it rather than reconstructing or fixing the broken tab? Swapping the harness only take a minute.

A new pair is $26

That metal protrusion is supposed to go into a rubber grommet attached to the headlight once installed. The rubber grommets dries out and become brittle over time.

See picture 9 in the listing below for the little pale white grommet that I'm referring to

Your local auto parts store may have generic grommets for you to choose from. Find the closest size. If all else fails, I've seen people wrap the metal protrusion with duct tape (duck tape). Do this by trial and error until you get just the right amount of tape so that it's a nice snug fit.

95 and 96 have 3 wires because when the turn signal is on the corner light gets brighter illuminating more road/sidewalk/curb when taking corners.

97-99 don't.
