Does it come in Black?

 

I personally haven't seen them yet...

 

I think it's more of a marketing scheme rather than an actual production release... Maybe they haven't sold enough of the chrome ones for our year yet, or they are waiting to see how the 95-97 ones sell. Notice how all the 98+ sets always take so much longer to come out... I waited so long for the chrome ones to come out and they ended up looking real fugly. And yes, now I'm waiting for the black ones too.

 

I should get mine within the next week. I have a '96 though.

 

No, but you can paint them Body Color using Sexima's procedure. If you fail, you loose $175 that you paid for the Altezza...risky business, if you ask me...

 

Yep but you can run the same risk with trying to clear out your tails too. Either way you could be out some serious loot.

yea, i've been trying to think of something to do with my tail lights besides the red/clears. i'm not sure about the chrome altezzas on dark colored max's ( mine is a burgundy 97') , but the the black chrome's might be aiight. does anyone have any pics of black chrome altezza's on a dark max ?

I don't think I have time to wait for the black ones to come out. I'll do with the white, it's better than the standard ones.

Well we're opening an account to get those Black Chrome Altezza for the 95-96 Max in stock for our Grand Opening. I'll definitly post up on the NE board when we get em so people can just drop by and get em... I wonder how much longer I have to wait for the CF Altezzas for the 97... maybe next year... lol

 

So I just get the chrome ones and open the cover and paint them? Does the paint shop do it? and what about the shine and reflection?

 

95/96 Black Chrome Altezzas are in production. Occasionally on ebay, in stock on altezzalighting.com.

97-99 Black Chrome Altezzas are not in production. You cannot find them anywhere as of now. However, considering that chrome altezzas for the 97-99 went into production a while after the 95-96 altezzas in chrome came out. The black chrome for 97-99 will be out soon enough.

it still looks hot its a different look.if the those chrome blak altezza look anything like that i'll get them i ahve a black max so it will match perfect.

 

Do you know the company that makes the chrome ones? Maybe i'll email them to find out when the black ones are coming out.

Since we on the topic I would like to share that info with you. I spoke to YoItsOk and gave him an idea for altezzas. We will be doing altezzas with the texture to them. I will let everyone knows how it goes and post pictures. Project will start in two weeks.

 

how about making altezza's that look like the skylines rear end..i see the hondas with them AND THEY AREN'T EVEN A NISSAN... , i cant wait for hte day they come out....if...they come out..

if they come out good we will be selling them. I want to make somemoney for the maxima.org they need around 2,000 to buy a new server. I hope I'll be able to donate some money from the idea.
