Where and how does this get re installed?

I have had this off the car for almost 2 years not knowing how to re install it. What is it called? I know where it goes.

It goes in the pass through between the rear seat and trunk. It covers the gap at the bottom of the opening when the little door is open. It connects to the black plastic door. It's not supposed to come off.
