Anybody had/heard this noise before? It recently started right around the same time that the no crank/no start issue that I am currently battling started. Wondering of they might be related. Sounds and feels like it's coming from the transmission when the key is in the ON position.

 

Got the crank/no start issue fixed today. Turns out it was a damn 10amp fuse in the engine compartment that allows the crank sensor to talk to the ECU. but that transmission noise still persists. It may have been there before and I just never noticed it. Anybody noticed that as well?
