I have a stock setup right now. I'm planning on getting H&R springs and KYB AGX struts. Will they rub? I can't remember if it was 8 or 8.5 that might rub. I'm also planning on getting these rims if I can raise up the money. http://www.aktusa.com/Pages/BrandPage/5zigen.html The FN-01. Will these fit the Max ok? 17x8, +38 offset? I don't know if it's a typo on the page. They have a 1 in front of the +38...

 

17X8 won't rub, I have the same size rims. I'm not sure what offset you need, so I'll leave that to someone else.

 

The 38mm offset is ideal for the Maxima.
