1996 Passenger rear-view mirror - what years interchange?

As the title suggests, what years interchange for a 1996 Maxima GLE passenger rearview mirror? Need to get a new one from a junkyard, and I think there's a white 2000 on the lot, but not sure if this would fit. If anyone knows exact years that will work, it'd be greatly appreciated.

It should fit but will it match your driver side? No. I imagine the electrical connector is different as well but not 100% sure. If that doesn’t matter, go for it.

if it does matter, grab both sides and if necessary splice them in.

95-99 side mirrors are the same.

A 1995-1999 mirror might be easier to deal with.

Bummer, I'll have to wait it out then... 4th gens are getting hard to find at salvage yards, 2000+ are dime a dozen. Trying to find a '95-99 in white might take awhile.

Anyone know if these are available new/aftermarket for a reasonable price? Probably a long shot.

Pretty much the whole thing. A semi was going by me on a narrow country road, he was way over center and wouldn’t move over. I got as far over to the side (no shoulder) as I could, but someone had their garbage can too close to the road. Garbage can won that battle. Mirror is hanging on by the electrical cable.

If you have a pass side one, please do! No white stock in my area junkyards and I haven't had the time to peruse online, so the Max just sits until I have the time to find one.

I am also in need of a passenger-side side-view mirror, but it's just the glass that's broken. My ride is also pearl white.

I have no idea if the glass is replaceable or not - I guess I should look in the FSM.

Does anyone know if an Infinity I30 from those years will interchange?

I spotted a '99 white I30 at a local wrecking yard according to their online inventory. I'm okay with subtle differences as long as the mirror fits correctly and is white.

Also on Ebay listings, they list Maxima mirrors as being compatible with 1995, and then a different one for 1996-1999. Is there any difference between these? I didn't see anything that jumped out at me.

95-99 should all be the same. Yes I30 mirrors of the same chassis will work also.

Tasty!

It looks like I can get just the mirror glass for 40cad from RA so I'll probably go that way. Maybe post pics of the other side too.

Did you paint those yourself? There is some kind of fill on the seams. What's the deal with "heated" or "non-heated" - Infiniti?

They were painted when the car was. I believe they’re heated but don’t recall off the top of my head.
