5th Gen Transmission into a 4th Gen car..

I've seen the thread or threads were the one dude was able to figure out the wiring fixes to make it work, is there anyone or a thread or a how-to that I'm missing or can be led too for a pinout on how to change the plugs from the 4th to the 5th so the trans swap will work... I'm about to put my 5th Gen in and I'm in need of a pinout please, I can figure it out with the FSM's but if someone has already did the hard part I'd like to see it..

Manual or auto? I know the 4th gen 5spd can bolt to a 5th gen 2000.
