Sos! This car needs to go.

My driver just crashed my black 97 Maxima. The car struck a tree in the area of the rear door on the right side and the car is pretty much destroyed, but it has a bunch of salvageable parts on it.

to make a very long story very short, I need to get rid of this car within the next few hours. I am willing to hold on to it until someone can make arrangements to pick it up for parts. As long as I know somebody is going to pick it up, I can hang on to it for a couple of days until I get back from a trip I'm taking tomorrow.

The car literally had no problems whatsoever. I replaced all the injectors, the alternator, the headlight housings, recharged the AC system, put 2 tires on it, did the UIM, the front main seal, brakes on all 4 wheels, struts, etc., all in the past year or so.
.
The car is absolutely rust free and is in NJ. $800 takes it home, but if I don't get any bites on it very soon, I'm going to have to hand over the title to the place that towed it so I don't get clobbered with all kinds of storage fees. If I know somebody is coming for it, I will go through the hassle of having it brought home.

Never mind. I just saw the car in person. It is a total disaster. The yard I surrendered it to is going to part it out.

It's gone. I signed the title over to them. The suspension on the PS was destroyed anyway.

You were still driving a vehicle that was close to 30 years old, and you are labeling it a PS. i am guessing what this means ! I think you owe that can an apology and a thank you for the longevity that it gave you.
