Colder Sparkplugs for the V2

Ok guys,
I've checked the FAQ and did a search on sparkplugs and I found conflicting info on the colder plugs:

"Stick with the NGK's!!!! PFR5G-11 for the standard replacement and PFR6G-11 for the colder plug."

and...

"There is a technical serive bulletin for sparkplugs
Standard type NGK PFR5C-11
HOT TYPE NGK PFR4C-11
COLD TYPE NGK PFR4C-11 "

Could anyone tell me which are the correct ones to get?
I've been running on the stock plug types since the V2 was installed.

I have PFR6G-11 coming to my door so I hope those are correct.

What are you gapping these at?
