Has anyone had success or problems with wiring your corner lamps using both filaments (the 8w and 27w)

An easier way is take the bulb itself, get a metal filer and completly sand down one of the metal pronges at the base of the bulb.Do this to the other side and you are done.
This only works for a two fillament bulb. I have a 97 max.

I think you guys are misunderstandng. What I maen is has anyone connected both of the filaments for a total of 35w. This is done by using both connectors at the bottom of the bulb. I want to know if anyone has done this with or without problems.
