which is better, 3rd or 4th gen suspension setups?

ok, i'm not trying to start a war between 3rd and 4th gens, but i've heard some mixed views here. this is from a handleing point of view. 3rd gen guys swear by their 4 wheel independent suspension, while 4th gen guys claim that their rear suspension setup keeps more rubber on the road. i just want to know which is easier to setup and make handle better. stock Vs. stock and modded vs. modded.

3rd Gen stock is better then 4th Gen stock...no doubt. The rear is a big difference and the 4th Gen's NEED a RSB where as 3rd do not.
