What should I get next?

I have $500 to spend on my car. I want to do performance first. I have an intake,y-pipe,cat-back,FSTB and RSB. I have a 1997 Auto. I want to do the VB mod but I need $450 for the VB $45 to overnight the VB to Don and then $45 for him to send it back and then $40 for a Tranny Cooler so that ends up being around $580. Is there anything else that I can do besides the stuff that I have to gain performance or is that about it until the SC or NOS? Sorry if a ton of people have asked this I just want to get an opinion. Thanks

I say save up a little more and get all the stuff that you need to get the VB mod. Just make sure you can take the VB out and are capable of putting it back in. Make sure you arrange to have transportation for the days that your car will be down. There may be other mods that you can do also like Cat and UPD but I dont think either really does much for your car. Hopefully others will have some info for you. Take Care

I agree with 97ABMAX...save just $80 more and get the VB. why are you in so much of a rush to spend your money? just save a lil more

exactly, youll be much more happy with the VB mod than you would be with any of the other things that you could get with that. Take Care

I think that ecu is only for use on the 95 and 96 models...check that out. I would get a trann cooler and some nos, it will knock your socks off.
