Hello everyone, i am new to the board, and i hope to someday be a Maxima ownwer! I currently have a Stealth, which is as about as reliable as a ford model T. Anyway, i was wondering if a 97-98 front bumper/facia could be put on a 95-96 car. I really like the look of the 97's alot better than the 95's, but i really don't know if i could afford the 97-98. Also, are there any other differences? thanks!

bro, just do a search for 97/99 front end conversion, and you will get all the info you need.

absolutely. i own a 96 se with all the toys, and have a 97 front bumper assembly on it. i have the WHOLE bumper though, not just the facia. dont know how much it would cost, but if you checked out some junkyards for the bumper, you can get the facia from a dealer unpainted for $170. im sure you could locate a grille from someone on maxima.org, or go with a stillen grill or another aftermarket. let me know how you make out or if you have any more questions.

 

keke...yes sir i did...u usually lead someone the maxfaq or wateva that sticky is...but at time u will just say "do a search"...or something equivalent to that...
