How to smooth out exhaust note?

I have a cattaman y, rt cat, stillen b, and stock muffler. There is a gurgle noise at around 1500 rpm. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it? Will an performance muffler help? Is there a muffler that will deepen and soften the note? My setup now is pretty loud and ricey and I don't like it much.

did your stillen b-pipe replace the s-section between the cat and the stock b pipe?

oops, sorry, just read your profile, i think the s section is only on the 97-00 fed spec maximas. What kind of gurgle and how loud is it? i'm gonna have the same setup as yours in the future. I like exhaust roar, but not when i'm a stupid 4x4 right now. lol.

You do not have a resonator of any kind do you? If not, go to a local exhaust shop and ask for a "turbo tube" muffler/resonator. With that installed it will deepen and smoothout the sound.
