Stock Steelie Cost???

Anyone aware what one stock steelie would cost? New or used, whichever. I curbed one of mine because some a sshole cut me off and the pricing I'm getting seems damn ridiculous ($167). Any ideas? Yes, I've already checked the wrecking yards.

i've actually heard of prices on those being pretty high, so your $167 estimate might be in the ballpark on it ...the stock wheels are way overpriced...but you might be able to find one on ebay or in the for sale forum here on the .org

Thanks, man. Those aren't the ones I have but if they'll fit my current tires then I might just pick them up. they look like butt, then again it's better to get four aluminum rims for $200 than one ooglie steelie for $167.

I'll check eBay some more though, thanks everyone!

When I broke my 15' 97 GLE alloy rim in an accident, the body shop got the rim for $150.

Just to clear it up, I'm talking about the black steel wheels with hubcaps. Still seems like $167 is a f--kin rip-off.

just in case anyone cares: my man helped me with putting the spare on when he stopped by to pick the car up (i was late for school in the morning), replaced the wheel and re mounted the tire for $200. I was there when he called up the dealership and they quoted him $167, so all in all I'm happy. But now i have to get a f--king alignment done! oh well.

I got one from a junkyard (no hubcap) for $70. You can find new hubcaps on eBay sometimes for cheap.

I guess I'm a little late... ...BUT tires.com has them for $34 in case anyone else... Tirerack also has them for $44...

I doubt they are OEM, but tires.com lists them as "Original equipment take-off steel wheel". Besides, a steelie is a steelie is a steelie, right? They don't come with covers, but if you need to, you can get a new set of 4 covers at Target for ~$20 (probably will look better too, as far as covers go). Sorry I couldn't help sooner.
