Stillen cross drilled rotors / Stillen metal matrix pads / G-Stopstainlesssteellines

I got in the car this morning and hoped on the Slow O 5, right into carpool and went about 3 miles without braking, all of the sudden Slow O 5 was dead stopped... thought i could trust my brakes.... so i waited a while to start braking.... I knew that my pads were due for a replacing soon.. my car came to a huge shaking stop just in the knick of time... got to the office and did some shopping around... a local Brembo dealer wanted about 800 for stock sized X drilled rotors / stainless steel lines / pads.. I just about crapped a brick... called another local shop St. Andres.. they offered a package from Power stop for 720... damm i poop alot... called Stillen and asked how much my rep was gonna tax me for a new set (all Four around) Dean quoted my 540 without tax......jetted over on my lunch hour to will call... gonna cruz to my shop after work and put them on... Dean said that they should take a good 50 feet off my normal stopping distace.. im all smiles.. see u tonite san diegans.... someones gonna get spanked... im not afraid to stop!

I have the same setup also and I put them to work last night. Some idiot was at a complete stop in the left lane on the highway and I had to come to a complete stop. These brakes lock right up and you have to control how much you lay on them with stock 15's on the car.

You won't regret it! That's for sure. I did a lapping day on a road course with this set up and they performed beutifully. I think I might need to get another set of pads soon though....I paid $540 through Paul at Avalon for mine.
