Lowering Car??

i recently bought agx's and progress springs and i am now looking to have them installed. a local shops in my area are asking around $150. i hve a friend at work that always works on cars and he said he would do it for $100. i am sure the guy at work knows what he is doing. i do not like the performance shops in my area they suck. so what i am asking is what is a good price for this kind of work?

Both of those are very good prices. Most places charge in the neighborhood of $300 for that kind of work.

Go for it.
