A few jerks will probably laugh at it. But give it a try for yourself.

I started out by going to smaller shows first

There weren't any HIN in the east coast three years ago. First year all I had was body kit, rims, rear section exhaust, springs and body kit. I actually took home 3 trophies my first year. I would just enter the show just so I can park the car inside. You get to look at all the cars before the show actually starts. Talk to the owners before the whole madness starts.

In my 1st yr of competing i rounded up 5 trophys. 2 1st place, 1 best of show and 2 2nd place and thats without a mobil video system, bodykit or 18's.

Always remember that you have to qualify to be in HIN. You have to send them your application w/ pics, etc. and they will approve or deny you. It's not like most shows where anybody w/ a stock car can enter.
