What kind of Maxima is this?

What kind of Maxima is this?

White 97-99 Maxima with the GLE designation on the rear. Spoiler, GXE wheels (hubcaps), fake wood surround (power windows) on the doors(not on center console), leather, 6-speakers (not BOSE), and no ATC.

Is this a GXE with some sort of package...or a hybrid?

btw, the steering column was stripped.
