OKay, today it rained and then it froze on my winshield. I did not have an ice scraper on me and I was in a hurry, so I took at snapple bottle that I had and started to scrape away the ice with the bottom of the bottle, when I was done I noticed I had scratches on my winshield. I know it was stupid but you know how you do those stupid things when you are in a hurry and very cold. Now what can I do to take them away, CAN ANY ONE HELP, please let me know. I tried cleaning paint thinner and tried waxing it too but nothing, I stil have them what can I do. Does anyone knows...????

Go to an auto glass vendor. If the scratches are not deep, they can be buffed out. If they are deep you may have to replace the windshield. Maybe your insurance will cover the cost.
