This is a "jackpot" code. It points to so many possible causes as to be almost useless. It may be accompanied by another DTC which is more specific.
Possible causes include ...
- EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve stuck closed.
- EVAP control system pressure sensor and its circuit.
- Loose, disconnected, or improper connection of rubber tube.
- Blocked rubber tube.
- Blocked or bent rubber tube to MAP/BARO switch solenoid valve.
- Cracked EVAP canister.
- EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve.
- Closed Throttle Position Switch.
- Improper connection of one-way valve.
- Blocked purge port.
- EVAP canister vent control valve.

I would start with the control valve itself. If you pulled a 0215, see if you can blow air through it. If you cant, try cleaning the valve with wd40.

Did you bother to check the EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve to see if its stuck closed? Do you own any of the manuals that can help you help yourself? Is there water in the EVAP canister? If so, drain it and weigh it. If the canister (with the EVAP CVCV attached) weighs more than 4.0 pounds, replace it.
