Universal O2 Sensor VS. OEM O2 Sensor

universal oxygen sensor, GOOD or BAD???
a) do i save the money, splice the connector, (not a very hard thing to do)

b) do i spend the extra $50 or so dollars and pay for the already connected connector

or is there more differences then that

I guess the search does work. I decided to search "universal oxygen sensor" to see if any thing comes up. Need to replace the upstream sensor on the wifes Civic and was stuck with this same question. It's unfortunate you didn't get any replies but most around here will probably say stick with OEM replacement. Oh well, off to the Honda forums to see if their search works.

Go with the OEM O2 Sensors. BOSCH is OEM, so you can buy them at any autoparts store....
