why did you take it off?

Does it fit a 1998 Maxima?

I'll get back to you. I don't want to screw you in a price, but i also dont' want to screw myself either, i kinda wouldn't mind a general idea of what one goes for, then we could negotiate. what year is your car?

I bought mines from Nissan for 40 bucks. Very easy to install just two screws holding it on. You'll need a screw driver and a 8mm wrench. 15mins tops

nah, it's got 2 clips that clamp onto your sunroof and two bolts on top. just position the clips and tighten down the bolts! it shouldn't take you over like 5 mins to install.

Yeah it does clip on, but there is 2 nuts that go onto the screws. this is were the screwdriver comes into play,to hold the screw from spinning while tighting the bolt.

I took my deflector off too. IMHO it dosen't add to the appearance and I can deal with a little extra wind when the roof is open.

I personally think it gives the car a little extra UMPH. That is me personally.

Personally, I think the Sunroof Visor looks alright on a Max, I guess it depends on the colour? I have one on mine, (car is Pebble Beige) and it looks good.
If you are planning to get a sunroof visor, you should get a rain-guard for your windows, it's like the visor, except for your windows. You can open your windows a lil bit when it's raining, and even on highways and still block out wind noise and rain.
I'm not sure how much they go for though.
