I really like my new APC Plasma headlight bulbs. They are bright as hell. When I was driving home tonight after dropping off my nephew, this suv, I think it was a Toyota or a Ford; anyway, the driver flashed me. The driver flashed me about two, or three more times. So, I flash back at the driver with my high beams. Whoever it was probably thought I had my high beams on. I bet the driver thought, "What the heck? I thought he already had his high beams on?" Nothing else I can do, I even reaim my headlights lower, so it wouldn't blind anyone. Funny thing was that before this happened, I pulled into this parking lot where I can use the reflective door on the store to check out how bright my headlights really were. It was pretty bright. Then, I turned on my high beams, and it was blindly bright. Pretty cool I think. So, I wonder do you guys who have the APC Plasma headlight bulbs, or even people with the real HID conversion ever get "flashed?"

I get flashed (highbeams that is) all the time even though I have my lowbeams on. I don't even bother flashing back, since by that time, they are past me already.

Yeah, I remember when I passed someone in the left lane and he started flashing me like 2 or 3 times from behind. I figured it was my headlights bcuz I get that a lot. So I slowed down fast and pulled up behind him and gave him the highbeams. I passed him again and he had that funny "What the f*ck?!!! Thats your lowbeams?!!!" look. I found that kinda funny.

No matter how you aim your headlamps >>

Simply put...you're always going to get poeple flashing at you...it's our HB1 housing with the 9004 bulbs...poor pattern...no high end cutoff for the low beam.

I used to get flashed constantly,

but no more I just reaimed my HID'S and not one flash at all and this is in alliance with four other piaa headlights,
When people used to flash me I would just swerve into there lane for a splint second and high beam them, another thing I do is sometimes if I pass someone and they turn there highbeams on I get so pissed I just stop in the middle of the street and 9 out of 10 times they shut there high beams off and for the other 10% you don't want to know what happens MUHAHAH.

Hey Mr.Cumalot how are the 97 headlights doing how was the fit and finish and what not.I love mine.

Hey Shing if you see a Maxima with 6 Headlights,

don't turn your highbeams on and you have nothing to worry about. Also I havent done this in a while I think I am starting to grow up a little also I would never do this to a Maxima so don't worry.Peace.

Light Beam Cutoff

What can we do to have our light beam cutoff from the top. I mean, all that nice extra brite light shining up in peoples faces and the trees is useless. Can we get Euro Spec lamps?

emax95: I love it! Fitted perfectly. Definitely looks much better than the old '96 headlamps.
