How much for a paint job?

I want to paint my '95 Max because I don't really like the color (its beige). I want to paint it like the Lexus IS blue (intensa blue onyx). Does anyone know around how much that would cost me?

Thanks,
Joe

It's all about what you're willing to pay for. You can go el cheapo style and do this http://www.earlscheib.com/ or end up spending several thousand dollars for a custom paint job that will look niiice.

Yes this is right, if you're changing colors your engine will have to be pulled and the whole bay as well as all door jambs painted. Atleast $4,000 but again it all depends on who you know. I know .Org member tifosiv122 is getting his whole car repainted (the whole deal) for just under $1500 IIRC. However if you are just want to keep the stock color in most cases all that is needed is a whole exterior paint job and maybe the driver's side door jamb. This typically runs $1100 or so. But if you want to change your color you had best repaint the whole thing otherwise you will have a nasty looking 2-tone car (eveyone knows it's cheap to look into a bay and door-jambs and see a different color unless it's meant to be that way like chromallusion or something.
