Crackling sounds!!!

I hear crackeling sounds when I turn the car at low speeds (1-8mph), mostly when it rolls and pitches. The sound is like the crackeling sounds on a sinking ship or a sub (hopefully this clarifies the sound). I've noticed the wire tape type of wrapping comming of the springs. Is it the suspension? Or related to something like the CV?
Don't know, not a mechanic.

if u take out your rims in the front if u will see some grease around the back side of your rims then u got a cracked cv boot to make sure it's cracked put your finger around the cv boot to see if there is a crack if u do and u hear the click sound when turning then that means you have to get a new drive shaft (half shaft) check both sides

good luck hope this helps
