aite, i was jus thinkin one nite... especially for you guys w/ a stillen intake. wouldn't it make sense if you guys ran your 1/4 miles, and wanted to make better times if you took off your hood? you'd be savin like, 40+ lbs. and dissipating heat a lot better than with the hood on. so intakes like the stillen one would be gettin more outside air. i dunno if this has been brought up before, but to me it makes sense. anyway, lemme know why when i see pics of cars lined up to run 1/4 miles that i dun see more cars w/o their hoods on.

Well one of the nice things about a hood is how incredibly smooth it is and how it help pass air over my engine bay. The great thing about the POP chargers are that they have such a short tube to the TB.Originally posted by aznsap

I have to agree that Carbon Fiber is a better option.
