I have an aftermarket CD player, and also an amp and 2 sub's in my Max. Does anyone know how to wire the antenna, so you can let it down when the CD is playing but also have it come up when ever you have the radio on? I want the sub's to always stay on. Just want to be able to controll the antenna?

Are you using the antenna wire for the remote turn-on for your amps? All you need to do is run an extra wire off of the switched power lead wire from your head unit. (Most come with two, one is constant on with little draw to remember settings). Use the switched lead as your amp turn on signal because that will have the amps turn on anytime you use the system, and use the antenna switch strictly for the radio.

Yeah, it depends on your CD player, but it should have a remote wire that you can run to your amp and your power ant. If it just has one split it for both. Anyway at least you have an antenna, I ripped mine off at the car wash. I got the hose rapped around it and I didn't know. Oh-well, **** happens.
