Where can i get one and how much should i expect to pay?

for the sport cat back system.....i don't know about just muffler....are you looking for just muffler or cat back?

i am sure the muffler alone is gonna cost a good 200-250.....so it may be wiser to just invest in cat back......although you may have your reasons..i really don't see why you are limiting yourself to hks if you just want a muffler...just a tip...hks sport exhaust has tendency to rust it seems...just from my experience...it you go hks, try to get the hiper muffler...otherwise...when i first bought my max, i went and bought rs*r muffler and had the shop custom my exhaust piping...resulting in perfect fit and appearance and great sound....rs*r muffler very quiet...until wot...hahhahahahaa...just my .02...good luck

by the way, did you dyno your car or time your car (0-60 or quarter) before and after the install?
I am wondering if there is a real power gain in the upgrade.

it felt like my acceleration improved slightly, stronger 1st and 2nd gear...3-5 barely noticable..i am going by feel...i still have my custom piping...it is not mandrel bent but 2.75 piping...i am going to put dtm muffler on in november
