That's the little square like light that is behind your head when you drive. It lights up when you open your doors.

I assume you have a sunroof, since your car is "fully loaded."

The dome light in your car is right there next to the sunroof switches.

Riot^ is right. It's the light in the center of the car that comes on and off when you open the door. The lights by the sunroof controls are the personal lights

The personal lights in the Maxima suck. Both my GM Typhoon and SHO had individual spots for driver and passenger. Much better, since the passenger can use the light without bothering the driver. Too bad there isn't a conversion kit for the Maxima. Anyone figure out how to do that?

If I think the main light is gonna bother me, I just have the passenger use the lights for their vanity mirror...

What about brightness factor? I know this is silly, but my personal light went out about 6 months ago, I got a replacement from Discount Auto Parts and the damned thing is so dull. I think maybe I'll go with the hyperwhite stuff, but I'd also like something brighter. Where did you guys get your replacenemts?
