Red top - starting power
Yellow top - deep cycle to handle constant accessory loads (stereos)
Blue top - for boats.
Orange top (new) - the site says these are the recommended batteries for our Maximas (at least mine) but it also says they are for European cars, so I dunno what the deal is with these things.
