Replacing AC idler Pulley

anybody ever done this? i have a chiltons but cannot find this problem.

Justin95SE, I too am trying to replace the air compressor clutch disc. It is warn out. I have the Nissan Shop Manual. You need two tools. To remove the center bolt, I drilled two holes in a flat bar and added screws to hold the clutch disc from spinning while you remove the center bolt. You then need a gear puller to remove the clutch disc. See my thread dated April 8. My problem is that I can't get a clutch disc assembly which includes the pulley. Everyone wants to sell me a air compressor with the pulley attached. I also need that gear puller.
