Just wondering if u can give us an update as to where you are with ur body kit. I really want to see pics, something, even if its in developmental stages, just to get a rough idea. please tell us where you are and when you think it will be done

the kits should be done in may sometime whether it is a modified sarona kit or an entirely new kit, the guy making the mold is taking his time.. but good things come to those who wait.

would you rather have another kit like sarona's crap or wait a little while to get something of quality?

 

oh i def want to wait for a quality kit, its just that i havent read anything recent on his kit so i wanted an update, im glad if its a modified sarona kit bcuz i really like that kit a lot but saronas is ****.

he is working with piopremier who modified his kit, and so that kit will be available along with shadow's own kit.. something will be done by may.

do you know if they are going to reinforce the side skirts. They have pics n the gen. maxima area.

 

Dude do you have any more pics of your interior. I am looking at doing that to my seats as well.. have you noticed any fading of the black leather or pealing?

 

um absolutely NO fading or pealing, its so comfy and nice!!


Type 2 wing will also be done by the end of may.

The side skirts will not be wimpy like the sarona's, the fiberglass we are using is so much thicker and stronger!!

 

 

 

Jason...are the front seats from an I30 too? I saw the side airbag. I don't think those were available for 4th gen max.

but are they hooked up....and if so what do you tie them into?

 

basically the i30T and the maxima have exactly the same wiring and same wiring harnesses, to my surprise the harness for the heated seats was the same on the i30T seats and snugged under the carpet underneath the center console, taped to the side, were two harnesses that fit perfectly into the airbag spot, i called infiniti and asked, they told me they would be there. i had to take it to infiniti to have them do something so they would work with all the stock maxima sensors and they work.

 

my seats have airbags, i got a 98 maxima. both my cars have had them, plus they work. so im thinking they come on the 4th gen maxima unless you guys got cloth seats then u might not. but i think its stock

 

can you do something like you did, but with cloth seats? and are all those out of an infiniti or did you paint some things? any other info you can give me (price?) they look really tight.

 

are all of what out of an infiniti? the seats.. yes. you cant get a leather kit for the i30t seats, no one makes them, i had it done by an interior shop.. i paid $900 for all the seats to get restitched.
