Mine rattles some of my car too, it's the low frequency sound that the exhaust note is emitting, like a really low frequency bass speaker.

I had the same problem after I put on my WSP y-pipe. I could not figure out the problem so I brought it to a shop, and they fixed it for $15 (everything is a lot easier if you have a lift). It was one of the brackets on the exhaust, I think the one that holds it in place at the y-pipe-cat connection, that took care of it though.

i had the same problem but now SOLVED...
i had a HUGE BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! post about this...
but i will be nice and won't say "SEARCH YOU NEWBIES"
ok
here we go
you ready?
you sure?
aite..
cool
bye

jk..
-Contact cattman or whatever company you bought it from and say it doesn't match. Cattman(mine) will fix it and send it back to you.
but for me it came back and it was still touching the k member of the car... k-member(black bar between the front wheels)..
the y pipe SHOULD NOT be touching anyhing.
-Find a shop where they get WELD The damn pipe.
WELD- Heat the damn pipe up and HAMMER THE SHIET!! (only the parts that are touching the car)
-Put it on, check if it touches anything, if it is, weld that shiet too.
-make sure nothing is touching and drive.
-pay the mechenic for his good service and enjoy the gain of hp.
no need to get a different one... too much hassle.

-Sexima, you superhelper
