97 5-speed in 99 Auto

I am in the process of doing the auto conversion to a 5 speed. As I was looking thru the Haynes manual I noticed that the transaxle mounting bolt pattern for the 95-99 Manual tranny was consistent with all of the auto transmissions except the 99. Now please somebody tell me some good news that it will still match up (seeing that I have already bought everything for the conversion). Any help would be appreciated.
