DTC code 0210 HELP! PLZ!

Couple of days ago i got 0303 dtc code for o2 sensor. I check again to today. Now it throws a DTC code 0210 for fuel injector left bank. But the DTC code for the o2 sensor didn't come up. What could the problem be? Would a bad o2 sensor trigger DTC 0210?

Thanks

Sounds like number three injector is acting up. If the injector stopped working completely the ECU would detect the problem in the fuel injection and the o2 sensor would detect the lean condition giving you both codes. If the injector stopped working partially the o2 sensor might not detect the lean condition but the ECU could still detect the faulty injector giving only the 0210 code.

I hope this makes enough sense to help you...

I'm not sure how you can nail it down to injector #3 but...

I've had this pop up a few times... I've been resetting it. I have my inline fuel pump hooked up to a timer so I think when it shuts off it runs lean depending on my throttle position.

If the O2 is going bad, it may affect the reading leading to a 'lean' reading? I'm not sure though.

Would a bad injector cause rough idle?

Thanks for your answers

My bad! I was looking at the scan tool codes. CEL code 0303 is for faulty o2 sensor or circuit. But both of these codes would still point to a bad (or dirty) injector.

Try running some fuel injection system cleaner like Techron or Lubrimoly with about a half tank of fuel.
