Is there a danger in putting too many clear coats on when you do a paint job? Does 2-3 coats sound reasonable?

I think thats what the manufactures what you to do...but it would look kinda tacky after you spray it on, it will feel kinda rough, and you need to wet sand it after the clear coat has dried with a 2000grit, and need to used at orbital polisher to polish it up, it will take some time but you will be glad that you polished it, after you are done you can rejoyce. hehe
