Stop Brake Dust from sticking?

Is there any way to stop brake dust from sticking to my SE rims? I am getting sick of washing my wheels, even though I just got ceramic low dusting pads. Would waxing the wheels help? or how about clear coating them? Maybe theres nothing, but Im sure someone knows something.

I wax my wheels & since then, it's been a heck of a lot easier to clean, the brake dust practically washes off w/o effort. However I would like to put those brake dust shields like the ones you can put on German cars, do they make them for Maxima's?

I don't think I know what those are, but if they are what I'm thinking, then you wouldn't be able to see my red calipers. I guess I'll try waxing them when I get the chance. Thanks for the reply.
