should I lower my 99?

I plan on getting the sarona body kit for my black 99 and
18" nakayama 6 speeds seen first on the "wheel/tire/spring Combination Gallery" page within a month. What do you think?
Do I need to lower it too?
I hope the kit makes it look lower. If yes, is it going to ruin the cushiony ride I have now? (GLE) Thanks, Ladymax20

Definately lower it. If you get 18's and not lower it, your car will look more like a 4x4 then it is already.

Can I get away with it for a little while or should I lower it before I do anything?

It can be done on your own. I would recommend at least picking up a Haynes or Chiltons manual though. It will giv some nice directions with pictures. Or get both like me cause sometimesthe directions / pictures are better in one than the other on certain things.

It's up to you, i would do it all at the same time, thats just me, if i had the money, you can kit it up first and see what you think, But i am positive that you will want it lowered for looks sake. Whereabouts in NY are you, i'm sure there are people in your area that would be more than happy to help you out, installing them springs!

Prety much. I mean you can change just the springs but the struts will blow eventually then you gotta do them anhow. You will only have to do the suspension once this way.

Yes maam please lower it, your car wont loose its ride quality that much, you will only notice it when you go over the bumps or potholes but if you live in the city where streets are smooth, your good, once you put those 18x8 235/ 40 or 245/40 (get 245's), 18 your car is going to sit higher then it does now. So you can get these HR's or B G springs and your ride will fine.
