TB cleaning

I've noticed that my car Idles pretty high for a long time when I cold start it. Almost twice as long as before. Someone suggested resetting the idle, but how? I did try the black screw on the back of the TB but it only lowered the idle by a little bit. I'm still idleing around 1k rather than at 600-750 like before.

It should idle high, around 1500, then drop slowly until your temp gauge is up around the middle. Takes a few minutes, 3 - 5 minutes of normal stop and go driving for your engine to warm up to operating temp. If it's taking longer then that, you may need a thermostat.

I had the same problem. And after I clean the filter on my CAI the problem went away and has been gone for over a month. So try cleaning or replacing you air filter.
