can anyone tell me if they are universal? will they fit a 4th gen max? thanks for the input

not sure about the front bumper, but i know the two lower holes on the rear plate would be fine. And you even have the rear plate lights right there to tap into.

yes they are universal.
had a pair took em off....
they look like shiet.
