Anybody have pics of a short ram intake?
Does anybody have any pics of a short ram intake? I saw the one on Custommaxima.com, but thats with the dragon intake on it. I was looking at the upper tubing of the intake on Warpspeedperformance.com where I got my Y-pipe, but I can't find any pics of it. Can anybody help me?

This is using a Place Racing upper intake piece and a Stillen cone filter:

CAI is much louder and much deeper. The setup I have can sound a little more "frail" at times I guess, 'cause there isn't 2'+ of pipe to allow the noise to resonate in.
Performance is about the same. Look at the times in my sig. 14.52 with the hybrid and 14.53 with the CAI (although those were on different cars).

There is less low end loss with the hybrid right? Also, what is the cheapest way to do this? Can i just buy the upper portion of the PR CAI, if so where? Also, where can i just buy a velocity stack, i want to add my own big filter to it. Thanx.
