Cool day for me (and need some advice)
Well, I decided to buy that FSTB off of my friend and got it for even cheaper than I originally expected ($15). Took no time at all to get in and I can definetly feel the difference, more than I was expecting to feel. I'm really happy with it, I didn't want to stop driving once I tried it out...
I also did a serious cleaning and detailing job on the interior of my car. Vacuumed out every hole, pocket, piece of carpet, and even vacuumed the dust and debris out of the power seat tracks. Cleaned pretty much every surface in the car and Tuff Stuff'd (that stuff rules, by the way! Took out a three week old coffee stain!) the floor mats and carpeting underneath. The trim, dash, doors, and leather are all shining like brand new. And there's the problem... I noticed three little things that were hard to see when the car was covered in dirt and dust...
First is a pretty large scuff mark/scratch on the passenger side of the dash, right above the glove compartment. It's not massively noticeable, but it looks like a (faint, impossible to even see from the back seat) white streak and it bothers me. Second is a few scratches (also white streaks, but more noticeable) on the cover for the passenger side speaker. These really bug me, because they stand out so much from the rest of the clean interior. And finally, it's IMPOSSIBLE to keep a black interior dust free. Drives me crazy.. nothing I can do about that one. It just bothers me a lot.
So I need some advice, does anyone know a way I can get rid of (or at least cover up) those first two little problems I mentioned? I like keeping my cars as neat as possible, and considering this is a '96 there's not a scratch, tear, or any kind of defect ANYWHERE else on the interior, which just makes those two problems really stand out. Thanks a lot...

Aside from putting Armor All, or something similar, to cover the scratch w/ shine. May work but doubtfull. You might try using a sharpie and color in the area and then imediately wipe it off to try to get it to blend better. That's all I can think of. Good luck.

The sharpie idea might work for the speaker cover, though. I think I'm gonna go try that now. Thanks!
EDIT: Worked great. Blended perfectly, and the mark is gone. Thanks for the advice. I'm glad it worked, the speaker scratches were really driving me insane. I guess I can live with the scuff mark on the dash.
