Removing Scratches From Dash

Anybody know how to remove scratches from a black dash off of a 4th gen?

I'm sure many of you have them...???

I asked the same thing earlier today. The general consensus (of the one person who actually responded.. thanks, Toolrocks) is that other than rubbing the scratched area down with armor all to cover it up there isn't anything that can be done.

Of course, if there IS something that can be done I'd be more than interested. I really only have one scratch and it's really only visible when you're looking at the dash from a certain angle in certain light.. but it annoys the hell out of me.

(kind of like that rattle that I hear for a split second every other time I drive the car..)

EDIT: The original thread I posted is here. Toolrocks suggested using a sharpie and then rubbing it in to blend it with the color, but I think he was referring to my question about the scratches on the speaker grill. I wouldn't recommend taking a sharpie to your dash.
