Trenz 97-99 Grill fit on a 96 se

Will a 97-99 Trenz grill fit on a 96?

It says it won't but is there anything that I can do to make it fit besides changing the bumper?

The only way would be to change the grill, and probably drill the whole that doesnt match up.

If you want a "custom-fit" look, you must install it on what it was made for. The 97-99's front end are a slightly different shape than the 95-96's. I, personally, wouldn't try to waste time on more modifications than I have to. Why not buy the 95-96 Trenz grills?
