What is the expected mileage life of a 1997 nissan max? That is with the schedule oil changes...

There are plenty of high mileage Maxs around here, my 95 has almost 150000 miles...still going strong...

 

If you have a 5spd I know at some point that your tranny bearing will probably blow up (as mine has and alot of other people have had), but Im willing to bet that the engine will outlast the rest of the car. Wasnt the Nissan 3.0L one of the best engines in the world along with the Acura NSX engine?
