I am the new owner of the Mega Max. The guy I bought this car from said he spent around $500 to get the job done. You can contact him by going to http://www.altimas.net, then you might have to scroll down, but there is a hyperlink for "Top Ten Nissan Sites" Go to that and then scroll down until you see the Mega Max website, or contact me by e-mail and I can contact him, get all the information and post it.

Hey Morgan..>

It's Jeff Ketch former owner of MegaMax...remember? Hope the car is treating you well?

The polishing was around $400, I would post a picture
but "integra.vtec.net" is down.

I takes about 2-3 weeks depending on how busy the shop is
but it is so worth the money. If you love to show your car
this is the attention getter.

No maintaince requires, just dust it lightly every so often.
From what I understand it's quit labor intensive because of the pipes and getting inbetween every groove. Guess would be
20 plus hours for the manifold. I had it done by a shop in Philly, Steve n Philly is the person who has all the details
because he hooked me up with the entire setup in March. Steve was moding his engine and had extra cores let over so they went to the shop to be polished that way I did not have any down time.

I installed the parts with a friend, it took about 5 hours for just the manifold. I had to cleanout the intake runners and chase all the threads because of the polishing compound in every hole.
