I am in Ma as well. Change the bulb to an orange one and you should be fine. I have had no problems with cops behind me etc. It is plenty bright enough to see during the day.

oh alright, thanks.... you wouldn't happen to know what kind of bulb it is off the top of your head would you? And where I could buy it either locally/online? I'm from Worcester.
Thanks

The number would be in your owner's manual and most likely the bulb can be bought at a place like autozone or the such.

Off hand either 1157 or 1156 I forget which one exactly but one of the two. The difference is the filiments for the most part. But yes you can pick them up at any auto parts store.

Yeah I remember that now. The stock bulb is supposed to be 1156 but I was playing around with 1157's and 1156's for different projects I was working on. Thats where the confusion was.

actually it is not bright at all.. when the sun is out, it is not nearly as visible as the stock piece is, but you can still notice it... at night it's just fine.

well its not gonna be nearly anywhere close to how the stock signal was, because the lens youre using(the home depot replacement lens)..is not meant as a reflector for your car, thats why the aber reflector/lens is brighter..i have blue bulbs in there, not even hyperwhite but BLUE BLUE and i pretty much dont have turn signals in the day, u cant see them unless ur like 5 or maybe 10 feet close, but they look SOO hot at the night so i like em and keep em..also gives me red, white(the lenses) and blue(the bulb)=patriotic
