Ok, so i got the fog package from MaximaRacer($148), which was a great deal btw. Hes excellent to deal with. It came with everything i needed. Anyway i go to install the actual lens...cake. Took me like 30 min. Then i start takeing apart the dash to install the stalk. Unpulged the old one. Reached for the new one. Uh, the connectors look funny, as in differnt funny. !@#$!@# they dont fit. So i call me nissan dealer and ask them of i can switch it.
(btw i did 97+ conversion, i have a 96)
He says maybe, so i high tail it over there (close at 6, left 545) with my steering rack and all all unscrewd and exposed, i didnt even rescrew the turn signal stalk and it ketp falling out on the way there. [batman scene change music] Made it there with 2 min to spare. Get to the parts desk and the guy i talked to wasnt there, some other guy, hes says no, then i say "damit" cause i didnt get the guys name. Talk to the manager and got bi*ched again, so left, did feel like argueing. Drove home and the stalk fell out like 6 times again. Sometimes i was chageing lans with the thing in my lap. Got home, tried to MAKE it fit, gave up and now im here..venting.

Anyone got a 96 stalk and want to trade for the 97+ one??
