What you do is, you gradually place the car in "R" and take him out!

Geez, why do you even bother asking? If it's stock for stock, you'll whoop his a$$ so hard that he won't be able to sit down for weeks.

Then again, what is he running underneath the hood? I've seen some pretty extreme $hit down here in So. Cal...

...you definitely don't want to be surprised. Know your enemy. Know your car. Then kick some @ss.

Re: Re: 95 auto max vs. 88 civic auto

You can win and save gas money this way.
1. Put car in neutral
2. Get behind it
3. When its time to go push with all your might!
You'll kill him off the line but when that Vtec kicks in!

I ran my friend's 91 auto civic, if I start off slow till 2000 rpm, then gas it 1/2 way & shift @ 3300rpm I'll tie him till 100km/h or so then I pull on it @ like 2500rpm.

if I race him he'll be like 30 cars behind me everytime

- Of course you can take him, but becareful he might be hiding a "Type R" sticker somewhere inside his car, if he doesn't then yes, you can take him.

You have to watch out for stickers. They are known to give civics like 50 hp. Oh, and if he has a big *** wing, 100 hp, you have no chance.
